Join a League and Become a USBC
member!
Whether you just want to have fun or looking for some great competition - team up with friends,
co-workers, or family and JOIN A LEAGUE! There are many types of leagues to choose from: mixed
(men and women together on same team), singles and even VEGAS leagues! Vegas
leagues are fun where the last day of bowling "sweepers" is bowled in Vegas.
Check out our
local bowling center and see what leagues will fit
your schedule.
Typically leagues meet once a week for a set number of weeks. Shorter in the
summer and longer in the winter. Adult leagues normally compete for
cash prizes. Youth leagues normally bowl on Saturday mornings, but
some centers offer other dates and times to choose from. Youth cannot bowl
for money due to USBC eligiblity rule 400 so they compete for scholarships
instead. Youth leagues are a great way for kids to make new friends and to
learn about the sport of bowling while competing with others in the same age
group.
When joining a league, a USBC membership is purchased. With the USBC
membership, there are many bowling and non-bowing perks available. See the
great benefits below:
