The California State Queens Scratch Tournament is open to all USBC female members (Adult and Youth) certified through the California USBC. This is a premiere elite event, where the high average ladies, both amateur and professional compete for a state title. The champion also receives a paid entry into the National USBC Queens event, one of the majors in the professional circuit. Anyone interested in sponsoring this event?
