Tournament Information

  • ENTRY FEES:
    $25 Per Person/Per Event
    $5 Per Person for All-Events
    (All Four Handicapped events: $80/PP)

  • Ancillary Events held in conjunction with the State Tournament: Queens & Masters, Prince & Princess and Coaches Relief Events; Held at Earl Anthony's Dublin Bowl every Saturday night at 7pm

  • Multiple entries for Team, Doubles & Singles allowed (must change at least two members for team and different partners for doubles). Enter as many times based on squad availability – first scores count towards All-Events. Bowlers may earn scholarships only once in All-Events and only once in the top 10 for Singles.

  • Entries will close on last squad of the last day (walk-ins accepted based on lane availability)

  • FREE Entries into this event from the 2015 Pepsi Championships. Champions from the District Finals U8 & U10 divisions will earn a single entry ($80 value) into all four (4) events of the 2015 California Youth State Championships.  In order to redeem this award, the winner must be entered with a full team of their choice and in all four (4) events. This berth is applicable only to the four Champions (U8 & U10 Boys and Girls) in each district and will be voided if they cannot attend or do not enter with a full team entry ($320). 

  • Earn berths into the Diddy Watts Youth State Singles Challenge Semi-Finals to be held Aug 1-2 at AMF Visalia Lanes


Queens & Masters (Scratch) and Prince & Princess (Handicap 159-under average only) Tournament: 
Separate youth tournaments held in conjunction with the California USBC Youth State Championships. Entrants must have current California USBC youth membership and must be entered and bowl in at least one event of the current California USBC Youth State Championships. CUSBC DRESS CODE RULE APPLIES. Champions in each event will be determined by the highest total pinfall. In case of a tie, co-champions will be declared and the scholarship award
will be equally split. Additional scholarships and symbolic awards will be awarded based on a ratio of 1:10 entries, 100% returned.  

Coaches Relief Tournament:
All Coaches, parents and adult youth bowling supporters are welcome to participate. Current  USBC membership must be provided at time of check-in. Cards may be purchased on site. Handicap: 80% of 200.  Format: Singles event bowling three (3) games NO-TAP on the same pair of lanes. Participants may enter as many times as they wish but may place only once. Highest Male and Female will earn a scholarship award in their name to the youth program or local USBC association they are representing (first place only).   


All entrants must be current CUSBC youth members prior to the date of tournament participation and must show their current USBC YOUTH MEMBERSHIP CARD at Check-in. NO CARDS WILL BE SOLD ON-SITE. Please arrive at least one hour prior for Check-in.

BOWLING ATTIRE: No alcohol, tobacco, sexual or profane advertisement on any attire or equipment. NO tank tops, halter tops, sweats, spandex, “cut-offs”, or hats of any kind allowed. Walking shorts, “skorts” and skirts cannot be more than 3-1/2” above the kneecap.

2015 Youth Championships Changes

~ The format will switch from Handicap to Scratch. The same existing average divisions will not change

2016 Youth Championships Changes

~ Tournament will merge with the Open & Women's Championships to be held at Forest Lanes, Lake Forest

~ Limited youth spots will be available to bowl from April to June during the adult championships (No ancillary events)

~ Full youth events will be held July 16-17 & 23-24, 2016. Shared Adult/Youth squad weeekend: July 9-10, 2016.
