• Remaining seeded berths filled from Last Chance squad on Aug. 15

   *Provided that they have paid their Queens entry prior to bowling D/S at Forest Lanes.

TWO CHANCES TO QUALIFY:

1) Qualify through 2009 Women’s Championships using your
Doubles/Singles scores* at Forest Lanes

2) Last Chance qualifier (6 games)

USBC certified youth bowlers may participate provided, prior to bowling the competition, agrees in writing to award the youth’s prize in the form of a scholarship. This is only available for the Last Chance squad.

 Queens weekend: Aug. 14-15 (Women’s Championship squads available)
Doubles/Singles: Aug 14 at 3pm & Team: Aug. 15 at 9am
Queens weekend participants MUST bowl the Last Chance qualifier in order to qualify.
Queens entries MUST be submitted with championship entries to the
Women’s Championships Tournament Director no later than January 31, 2009.

Double Elimination Finals:
Aug. 15 at 4:30pm & Aug. 16, 2009 at 9am

FINALS DRESS CODE: The finals dress code is butterfly collared shirts, slacks, skirts and shorts (no shorter than 4" above the kneecap). No denim, capris, mock collared shirts or t-shirts allowed. This rule will be enforced in the Finals competition only. The tournament chairman shall determine the validity of any complaints.
